You can upload your own photos and videos or you can import your designs straight from Canva, use Unsplash's photos, GIFs from Giphy.

Can any of my social accounts be banned ?

Accepted Answer

SocialPika has been reviewed and approved by all the networks we are partner with, so there's no risk of being banned just by posting via SocialPika.

Besides we do check your publication frequency so it's not considered as spam by any network.

However your account can still be banned by a social network but the reasons of the ban will be elsewhere.

Can I request a feature ?

Yes definitely.

A lot of people use SocialPika in different ways and we are not always aware of constraints our users have.

As such we always pay a lot of attention to engaging with our customers to understand their needs and how we can make SocialPika a better product for them.

So if you have a comment or if you would like to see a new feature making its way to SocialPika, just reach out to us the way you want. We will make everything we can to have this feature integrated into the app.

How many photos can I post at once ?

Beyond networks specifics, you can post: 4 photos at once with a Free Plan. 10 photos at once with a Pro Plan. Be aware that Twitter only allows 4 photos per Tweet and Pinterest only 1 photo per pin.

Can you help me recover my account ?

Accepted Answer

As SocialPika does not own your account, we are not in a position to recover your account on your behalf.

If we have information showing that any of your account has been banned, we will definitely let you know directly however.

Again using SocialPika can't be the reason of your account being banned but we may be able to see in our server's data that an account is restricted.

Why does a publication fail ?

There may be many reasons why a post publication can fail, here are some of the most common ones.

Your Instagram account is a Creator one and not a Business one. Instagram only allows third party apps to post on Business accounts.

Your account has been restricted. For instance a publication you made has been reported or you have been using sensitive hashtags.

A problem occurred on our server. For example a maintenance of our server took place during a publication. We do our best to avoid this kind of situation and warn our users before an update but it can happen.

The social network is down. Again this is rare but it may happen that the social network we are posting to on your behalf is having some problems.

Can I assign different accounts ?

Yes you can. Once a team member has been added to your team, open the row by clicking directly left to his/her name, then select the accounts you want to assign by clicking on their icons.

Can I group my social media accounts ?

Yes you can. From your dashboard, you can create accounts groups.

Once created, open the row of your new group by clicking on the arrow immediately left of your group's name.

Then select all the accounts that belong to this group by clicking on their icon.

You will then be able to filter accounts in all the sections of the app to ease up your navigation.

Can I have a weekly view of my posts ?

Yes we provide a weekly calendar. Simply click on the Calendar view icon in the left side menu. Then on the weekly icon in the top menu.

How to speed up the development of a new feature ?

The first thing to do is to engage with us so we understand exactly what you need and how you need it.

Then the feature request will hit our public ToDo list and will be open for votes. The more votes a request has, the faster we will integrate it to SocialPika.

Obviously paying customers have a higher priority with requests they make.

What are the limitations of the Free Plan ?

The Free Plan is limited to 5 social accounts and 15 publications/month.

The Free plan does not allow to use certain features like videos, GIFs or Analytics but gives you access to all other features.

For example, if you link 2 Facebook pages, 1 Instagram account and 3 Twitter accounts, they will all count as 6 social media accounts.

You can add and delete accounts directly from your dashboard.

SocialPika is not a magic app that will bring your social media accounts from 2 to 5,000 followers in 2 weeks.

Yes, we provide a dedicated composer for Twitter threads.

Click on the New post icon in the left side menu, then click on the Threads icon at the top.

From there you can compose a thread and format it the way you want.

Unfortunately not at the moment. LinkedIn prevents third party apps like SocialPika to post anything else other than photos and videos.

Yes you can. Once in the Calendar view, all your accounts icons will be displayed at the top. Simply click on the account(s) you want to display.

Then only the posts made for these accounts will be displayed in the calendar.

Can I link my instagram accounts ?

Yes you can but as per Instagram's official requirements, your Instagram account must be a business account.

Instagram's Personal accounts can't be linked to SocialPika. This is an Instagram limitation.

Instagram's Creator accounts can be linked to SocialPika but no publication will take place on this type of account. Again this is an Instagram limitation. You will need to switch you Instagram account to Business.

Can I use hashtags ?

Naturally you can add hashtags to any of your post.

From the post composer, click on the "Hashtags" icon. From there you will be able to add hashtags to your post, create groups, check if they are safe to use and how popular they are at the moment.

To prevent publication failure and an overuse of hashtags, we limit them to 20 per post.

Can I post a Story on Instagram ?

Unfortunately not at the moment. Instagram does not allow third party web apps like SocialPika to post Stories.

How do I know if a post failed ?

Beyond opening your social media account and looking for a missing post, you can head to the Calendar view within SocialPika.

If you see a post with a red dot, it means its publication has failed.

These dots show the publication status of your posts.

Grey means the post is not published yet.

Green means the post has been published.

Blue means the post is being published.

Red means the post publication failed.

Yes! Once all your photos have been uploaded, a new window appears which you can crop every single one of them from.

Can I try the Pro Plan for free ?

Yes, you can try the Pro Plan for free for 7 days.

To start your free trial, go to the Plans section of the app from your dashboard, select the Pro Plan that suits your need and click select.

You will then be taken to our partner's (Stripe) secured payment page where you will be able to fill in the payment form. Your card won't be charged and you will have access to all the features of SocialPika without restrictions.

If you like it, then after 7 days your card will be charged as per your Pro Plan selection. Otherwise cancel your trial from the Plans section.

Can I post a Reel on Instagram ?

Upload a video, select one or several of your Instagram accounts, choose whether to publish as Reel or regular Video Post.

Yes you can. If you intend to use the same hashtags in different posts, you can create groups of hashtags to reuse them easily later on.

Yes there are.

Instagram and Pinterest have specific photos ratio. As such we provide a cropping tool with options for Instagram and Pinterest's specific ratios.

Are prices ever gonna change ?

It is likely.

SocialPika was designed with Startups in mind. As a consequence it is affordable and intend to remain as such in the future.

However as more features are being released and more people join the SocialPika team, prices may go up.

Price changes, if they occur, will only be applicable to new customers. Existing customers will keep the prices they were initially charged with unless they decide to change plan.

You will then have several tabs in your media library. Click on the Unsplash's logo directly right of the GIFs tab. From there pick your perfect photo using the search bar.

Once selected, you can crop the photo the way you want before uploading it to the post you are designing.
